Van Domburg to distribute Sharp in Benelux region

Part of Midwich, the distributor has added Sharp's displays portfolio to its roster

Van Domburg Partners (part of Midwich Ltd), distributor of professional AV solutions in the Benelux region, has added Sharp’s range of signage displays, interactive displays, touch displays and video wall displays to its AV portfolio.

“This partnership stems from our long-standing relationship with NEC,” explained Ed van Domburg, managing director at Van Domburg Partners. “The recent acquisition of NEC Display Solutions by Sharp has given us access to Sharp’s product range, allowing us to offer our clients an even more complete display assortment. With products like the PN-CD701 Windows Collaboration Device, PN-V701, the world’s largest 70in video wall and the 8M-B120C, a 120in display with 8K resolution, we see the addition of Sharp displays as a great added value within our display portfolio. We look forward to a strong and long-lasting partnership with Sharp”.

Ronald Huijbregts, sales director Sharp NEC Display Solutions Benelux, added: “Sharp was already successfully distributed by the Midwich Group in several countries. With the joint venture between Sharp and NEC, a partnership with Van Domburg Partners in the Benelux was an obvious step. The professional approach, customer-oriented approach, and pleasant cooperation for the distribution of the NEC products gives us every confidence that Van Domburg Partners will be a good addition as a distributor of Sharp. Sharp NEC Display Solutions delivers AV solutions that distinguish themselves and set the standard for high quality. The people at Van Domburg Partners understand that. Whether it’s a signage solution where data security is important, interactive screens that enable effective collaboration or a complex video wall for a control room, at Van Domburg Partners we find the knowledge, skill and enthusiasm to support our customers optimally.”
