Broadsign appoints Latin America media sales head

Montreal-based OOH ad tech firm names Manuel Ameneiros to newly created regional role, based in Mexico City

Broadsign has appointed Manuel Ameneiros as head of Latin America media sales and service, a newly created position aimed at expanding the company’s regional presence and growing its customer and partner base across LATAM.

Working from Mexico City, Ameneiros will focus on building relationships with agencies, advertisers, and media owners across the region. A key part of the brief will be helping customers navigate the shift towards programmatic digital out-of-home (pDOOH) — an area Broadsign says is still developing across Latin America.

Ameneiros brings more than a decade of experience in the LATAM advertising ecosystem to the role. He joins from OLA Media, where he served as chief commercial officer, and has previously held positions at adtech firms Retargetly and Boletia, building expertise across data-driven marketing, programmatic adoption, and go-to-market strategy.

John Dolan, VP of revenue and partnerships, international, at Broadsign, said: “Momentum for OOH advertising is building quickly in LATAM as digital and programmatic OOH infrastructure expands. This shift brings incredible opportunities to media owners and buyers who want to achieve greater efficiency, scale, and flexibility.”

Ameneiros added: “Broadsign’s work to make buying, selling, and delivering OOH media easier and more effective will be crucial to Latin American media owners and buyers. Having spent my entire career supporting innovation in this market, I look forward to continuing this mission.”

Broadsign says more than 2.8m static and digital signs across airports, shopping malls, transit systems, and roadside locations worldwide run on its platform.
