One of the visual highlights of the show is The Cube, an impressive and immersive five wall display made up of 64 separate PN-V601 monitors on the Sharp stand.

“With their narrow housing seams of just 6.5mm, the 60in LCD monitors provide optimum conditions for high-grade video installation. With a brightness of 700 cd/qm and full-screen LED backlighting, the displays make for razor-sharp images with vivid colours, and can be installed in both landscape and portrait formats,” explained Peter Heins, product manager for professional monitors and projectors at Sharp Electronics Europe.

Also on show is the company’s new PN-L601B series of LCD displays with touchscreen functionality. Featuring full-white LED backlighting, the 60in monitors guarantee uniform brightness across the entire monitor and integrate a sensitive touch panel. Users can save the images displayed and the notes written with the touch panel directly onto a PC at the push of a button, or, when combined with a Sharp multi-function unit, the content can also be sent to the colour-scanning device and printed out directly.
