Absen has launched an upgraded booking platform for its global network of showrooms, aimed at making it easier for customers and partners to schedule visits.

The refreshed system supports Absen’s wider strategy of strengthening offline service capabilities across key markets. Over the past year, the company has expanded its showroom footprint with new sites and brand factory stores including Los Angeles, Mexico and Denver in the Americas; Morocco and Saudi Arabia in EMEA; and Korea and Vietnam in APAC.

Each showroom features displays tailored to local market needs, demonstrating Absen’s LED solutions across the pro AV, DOOH and rental and staging markets. The spaces are open for guided tours and also host partner events, market-focused demonstrations and Absen Certified Engineer (ACE) training.

The updated booking interface allows users to identify their nearest showroom, select an appointment time and submit visit requests. Absen said feedback on the system has highlighted features including real-time display of available time slots and instant updates throughout the reservation process.

Tania Zhao, vice president of Absen, said: “As a global company with more than 26 years of experience, we recognised early on the value of giving customers the opportunity to experience our products first-hand in their local market. Today, with more than 20 state-of-the-art experience centres across four continents, we are making it easier for customers to access our showrooms, explore solutions relevant to their needs and benefit from a more seamless, personalised experience from their first interaction with Absen.”

The upgraded booking platform is live now across all Absen showrooms worldwide.
