Absen has published a white paper presenting its global service framework for LED display support, structured around a brand it calls AbsenCare and three core pillars: Fast, Professional and Global.

The document is designed to specify service standards across the full lifecycle of an LED display, covering applications from pro AV and rental and staging to sports and DOOH. Central to AbsenCare, the company says, is a three-tier support structure combining 24/7 online assistance, regional repair hubs and localised on-site support, intended to accelerate response times and minimise downtime.
The Professional pillar is built around standardised service processes and Absen’s Certified Engineer (ACE) programme, which the company says ensures engineers worldwide meet the same training and competency standards regardless of project scale or location.
The Global dimension of AbsenCare is supported by an international service infrastructure that Absen says spans more than 165 countries and regions, encompassing regional service centres, authorised partners and locally based support networks.
Beyond reactive support, the white paper also covers preventative maintenance, tailored service packages and dedicated support for critical environments and events.
Client testimonials are included throughout. One US-based customer said: “Anytime we have a question for the Absen service team they’re very quick to respond. Any project we’ve had, if there’s been any issues, they’ve been quickly identified and taken care of.”
A client from Uzbekistan added: “I thoroughly enjoyed the training at Absen. We gained extensive knowledge, particularly in repairing circuits, troubleshooting LED modules, and mastering the installation of LEDs onto circuit boards. The programme was exceptionally well-organised.”
