PSNI Global Alliance adds director of global vendor partnerships

Han Dohmen, a 30-year industry veteran, will lead Preferred Vendor Partner programme, connecting manufacturers with its global integrator network

PSNI Global Alliance has appointed Han Dohmen as director of global vendor partnerships, tasked with leading the continued growth of its Preferred Vendor Partner (PVP) programme, which connects manufacturers with the Alliance’s network of more than 120 Certified Solution Providers across the AV, IT and UCC sectors.

Dohmen brings more than 30 years of international executive experience in business development, sales strategy, channel management and global partnerships, having held senior leadership roles at Biamp, L-Acoustics and Sennheiser. Most recently, as head of business development Europe for Biamp, he was responsible for developing global account strategies for integration organisations including PSNI Global Alliance.

In his new role, Dohmen will work with manufacturers and the Alliance’s global community of Certified Solution Providers to deepen collaboration, expand business opportunities and ensure partners continue to see measurable value from the programme.

Dohmen said: “Throughout my career, I’ve worked with global integrators and technology manufacturers, but PSNI has always stood apart. As business becomes increasingly global, customers need partners that can deliver consistent experiences across regions. That’s what makes PSNI so compelling. It isn’t simply the Alliance’s global reach – it’s the combination of scale, professionalism, and collaboration. With more than $6bn in combined global revenue represented across its Certified Solution Providers, PSNI has built the industry’s largest and most capable global integration network.”

Chris Miller, executive director of PSNI Global Alliance, added: “Han is uniquely qualified for this role because he understands our Alliance from both sides of the partnership. He has spent his career helping manufacturers grow through stronger relationships with systems integrators, and he’s experienced firsthand the value our Alliance creates for both vendors and Certified Solution Providers.”
