Adder Technology has opened a Customer Experience Centre (CXC) at its global headquarters in Cambridge, UK, bringing together a multi-vendor technology ecosystem designed to help customers evaluate connectivity and control solutions in representative real-world environments.
The facility is intended to address the challenges of complex B2B purchasing decisions, which the company says increasingly involve large, distributed buying groups. Citing research from Gartner, Adder notes that buying groups can range from five to 16 stakeholders across multiple business functions, a dynamic that the CXC is designed to accommodate through both in-person and remote participation.
The centre reflects operational environments across the industries Adder serves, including live broadcast, post-production, and mission-critical control rooms in industrial, utilities, and transportation sectors. Visitors are able to evaluate IP KVM within workflows the company says are aligned to real-world performance, resilience, and integration demands.
The CXC has been developed alongside a range of technology partners, with the facility featuring solutions from Bitfocus, Bolin Technology, Dataracks, Disguise, Elgato, EIZO, Forecast Consoles, FUTURESoftware, iiyama, Ledman, LundHalsey, NETGEAR, Philips, and Ultimate Visual Solutions.
Neil Hillier, SVP global sales and marketing at Adder, said: “The Customer Experience Center defines how we intend to engage with the market moving forward. As an employee-owned business, we are focused on long-term value and meaningful investment. That same mindset is shared by our customers, who are making complex, high-impact decisions that require time, context, and verification.”
