Monitor Audio opens UK Experience Centre for integrators

Purpose-built facility at company's headquarters, in Rayleigh, Essex, gives immersive access to the full product range for smart home and professional AV projects

Monitor Audio Group has opened a new experience centre at its Essex headquarters, designed to showcase its audio solutions to integrators, designers and smart home professionals.

Located in Rayleigh, the purpose-built facility reflects the company’s ongoing investment in the custom installation (CI) and residential AV sector, providing a dedicated environment for product demonstration, partner engagement and training.

The experience centre has been designed as a series of application-led spaces, enabling visitors to explore Monitor Audio Group’s portfolio in real-world scenarios. These include dedicated listening rooms, architectural integration zones and collaborative demonstration areas, aimed at illustrating system design and performance across different environments.

The site comprises six zones – The Forum, Elevate Academy, Lounge, Brand Immersion Gallery, Music Suite and Cinema Room – each tailored to highlight specific aspects of the company’s audio technologies and installation approaches.

To deliver the project, Monitor Audio Group worked with The Cinema Company, a CEDIA member, which led system design, specification, lighting and control integration.

The facility is intended to support a wide range of partners, including integrators, architects and interior designers, offering hands-on access to products alongside insight into acoustic design and system configuration.

Michael Johnson, global marketing director at Monitor Audio Group, said: “We wanted to create a space where integrators can experience our products exactly as their clients would. It’s not just about listening – it’s about understanding the full potential of our systems and how they integrate into bespoke installations.”
