Visionary expands in-house technical support operations

As technical support engineer, new hire Bob Jacobs provides support and troubleshooting, systems design and integration, as well as training

Bob Jacobs, CTS, CTS-I, has joined Visionary as technical support engineer. The company is seeking to expand its in-house customer service and technical support operations, and Jacobs is tasked with providing personal assistance to system integrators.

Prior to joining Visionary, Jacobs served as an AV designer engineer for a prominent commercial integration company, where he worked closely with Visionary’s technology. Jacobs will provide Visionary’s customers with technical support and troubleshooting, systems design and integration, and technical training.
