Visionary to introduce AVoIP platform

Santa Barbara-based company is debuting the nexAV We-Cosystem platform combining AVoIP routing, audio DSP, Node-RED-based control and workflow orchestration, at InfoComm 2026

Visionary is introducing the nexAV We-Cosystem at InfoComm 2026, a software-based platform combining AVoIP routing and switching, audio DSP processing, room and enterprise control, workflow orchestration and user-interface development within a single environment. The platform is designed for enterprise, hospitality and conferencing applications, with native Dante and AES67 support for integration into networked audio environments.

At the centre of the platform is Visionary’s Flex Architecture DSP framework and integrated Audio Engine, using template-based DSP workflows intended to simplify deployment while allowing customisation across different applications. The DSP technology originated from a multi-year collaboration with industry engineer Dane Butcher, following his work at Symetrix, and was subsequently acquired and developed further by Visionary.

The platform’s control environment is built on Node-RED, the open-source flow-based framework used in automation and enterprise integration, enabling connectivity between AV systems, cloud platforms, building systems and AI-driven workflows. Visionary says this approach moves beyond proprietary AV control systems by drawing on a global developer community.

Scott Freshman, chief operating officer at Visionary, said: “At some point, parts of the AV industry began confusing complexity with capability. Our philosophy has always been that technology should reduce friction and make systems easier to deploy, manage and operate. That mindset helped define our AVoIP endpoints, and it is foundational to the nexAV We-Cosystem.”
