USSI Global appoints vice president of revenue operations

Abed Zein, a 30-year company veteran, is promoted to a newly created role overseeing billing, contract compliance and operational efficiency

USSI Global has promoted longtime employee Abed Zein to vice president of revenue operations, a newly created executive role focused on billing accuracy, customer experience, operational efficiency and scalable process development to support the company’s growth strategy.

Zein has been with USSI Global since 1995, most recently serving as senior director of operations, digital signage solutions. Over three decades with the company, he has led customer programmes spanning satellite communications, digital signage deployments and managed services. In his new role, he will oversee a growing team responsible for billing accuracy, contract compliance, process automation and operational consistency across multiple business units, with the centralised approach aimed at ensuring projects are invoiced according to each customer’s contractual requirements.

Dan Roberts, chief financial officer at USSI Global, said: “Abed has built an exceptional career by combining deep technical knowledge with outstanding operational discipline and an unwavering commitment to our customers. He understands our business from every angle because he has helped build it over the past 30 years. His ability to develop scalable processes that improve accuracy, protect revenue and enhance the customer experience makes him the ideal leader to guide this important strategic function as USSI Global continues to grow.”

Throughout his career, Zein has managed complex, multi-phase technology projects for satellite and digital signage customers, developing expertise across project management, field operations, contract execution and financial performance.

Zein added: “Our customers trust us to deliver exactly what we’ve promised, and that same level of precision should extend to every aspect of the engagement. This role is about creating stronger operational processes that support our project teams, improve efficiency and ensure every customer receives accurate, transparent billing that reflects the work we’ve performed.”
