Pixel Global AV has launched Pixel Global Care, a new enterprise managed service designed to help global organisations simplify and standardise AV support across international workplaces. The service is aimed at moving enterprise AV support from a reactive break-fix model towards proactive, predictive operations focused on business continuity and meeting readiness, providing organisations with one contract, one global standard and one accountable support team across every office and location.
Jamie Hanna, managing director UK at Pixel Global AV, said: “Enterprise organisations have transformed the way they communicate, collaborate and work, but AV support hasn’t evolved at the same pace. Our customers aren’t measuring how quickly a support ticket is answered; they’re measuring whether meetings start on time, technology performs as expected and employees enjoy a seamless workplace experience.”
Every customer is assigned a named service delivery manager, with support delivered through Pixel’s Global Care Hub and Technical Operations Centre across international time zones. The company says its use of proactive monitoring, intelligent diagnostics and automated remediation allows around 80 per cent of support incidents to typically be resolved remotely.
Hanna added: “We don’t disappear once an installation is complete. We build long-term operational relationships with our customers. Our engineers understand their environments, know their people and are invested in delivering reliable workplace experiences every day.”
Pixel Global AV says its client base includes energy trading, finance, legal and insurance companies, with support programmes tailored to each organisation’s operational priorities across global headquarters, regional offices and international campus environments.
