Axion Displays appoints Middle East sales manager

The display and media server specialist has expanded its regional leadership to oversee commercial distribution and systems integration partnerships

Axion Displays has appointed Nizar Naser as sales manager for the Middle East, tasked with expanding business development and channel relationships across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) territories and the wider region.

Naser brings more than 22 years of commercial and technical experience across the Middle East and Africa. Holding an electrical engineering background, he previously held senior sales and business development positions with Digital Projection, Crestron and Honeywell.

In his new role, Naser will target integration projects across higher education, visitor attractions, immersive environments and large-scale commercial installations. As the EMEA sales representative for Digital Projection, Axion Displays provides pre-sales consultancy, warehousing and post-sales technical support for the projection manufacturer alongside its own hardware portfolio.

Beyond Digital Projection hardware, Naser’s remit covers Axion Displays’ broader product lines, including Magnos LED displays, Brainsalt media servers and proprietary software solutions. The role will also encompass rollout support for Axion’s Radar platform, a telemetry monitoring and predictive maintenance system that provides real-time diagnostic tracking across multi-vendor audiovisual environments.

Nizar Naser, sales manager for the Middle East at Axion Displays, said: “For Digital Projection customers, it’s very much business as usual – with the same people, expertise and support they know and trust. I’m also excited to introduce our wider portfolio, including Magnos LED, Brainsalt media servers and our own software platforms alongside Digital Projection.”

Dirk Siedle, CEO at Axion Displays, added: “Nizar brings exceptional regional knowledge, technical expertise and trusted relationships built over more than two decades. The Middle East is an important market for Axion Displays, and his appointment reinforces our commitment to supporting local distributors and system integrators.”
