Futuresource Consulting will host a webinar on November 24 (today) examining transformation in the professional displays market. The session, titled “Clearing up the picture for professional displays”, will be presented by principal analyst Jeremy Wills and lead analyst David Thompson.

The webinar will explore findings from the company’s recently published ‘Corporate Professional Displays Market Report’, covering the global landscape of 54m meeting rooms and breakout spaces. The session is designed to examine the transition from projectors to LCD flat panels, the growing prominence of LED displays, and the impact of hybrid working models on office real estate and technology adoption.
According to Futuresource, APAC accounts for two-thirds of global meeting spaces, with the Americas and EMEA making up the remainder. The analysts will discuss how LED displays are set to overtake all other formats in terms of value by 2029, and where opportunities remain for projection and LCD technologies.
Jeremy Wills, principal analyst, Futuresource Consulting, said: “The last decade has seen a seismic shift in meeting room technology, with LCD flat panels now the dominant force and LED displays rapidly gaining ground. As organisations adapt to new ways of working, understanding these trends is crucial for making informed investment decisions.”
David Thompson, lead analyst, Futuresource Consulting, added: “While LED displays are set to disrupt the market, there are still significant opportunities for LCD and projection, especially in niche applications and emerging regions. Our research highlights the importance of flexibility and innovation as businesses navigate ongoing uncertainty.”
The session will also address supply chain disruption, tariff uncertainty and market conditions shaping the future of professional displays.
