Engage Works, the full-service, creative technology agency, has announced a special one-day Future of Property Marketing event, at its rebooted Flux Innovation Lounge in London’s Design District, on Thursday 2nd November,
The sessions are an opportunity to explore the future of marketing experiences for property, and the evolution of marketing suites, allowing attendees to experience the latest, most effective property marketing tools that leverage creative content and interactive technology – such as digital twins for immersive interactions, leading visualisation platforms and tools, interactive object recognition, true-to-life virtual reality, and many more.
Attendees can also meet with the Engage Works creative team, get hands-on with cutting-edge applications of technology tailored for the property market, and network with like-minded professionals in the property marketing and design industry.
Engage Works has worked with partners in the property space, including; Landsec, Canary Wharf, AXA, CBRE, Almacantar, Vistry, Lendlease, Finchatton; and British Land, creating property marketing suites for some of the most prestigious and landscape-changing developments over the last 10 years. Its collaborations with various innovative partners have provided valuable insights into how technology and content can seamlessly merge, crafting captivating spaces that envision the future of real estate and deliver exceptional returns and global impact.
The company recently announced a new iteration of its highly successful Flux Innovation Lounge, where the event will be held – along with a virtual studio for hybrid events – following its relocation to an exciting new facility in London’s Design District, in Greenwich, where it continues to deliver, bespoke, immersive experiences for its roster of global clients.
“The Engage Works team have been working hard preparing the exciting next phase for our creative tech agency, and this property event is the perfect opportunity for us to open the doors to the new Flux Innovation Lounge for the first time, allowing our attendees to experience our new facility, whilst discovering what the future of property marketing holds,” explained founder and group CEO Steve Blyth. “We continue to be busy delivering our unique, tech-driven experiences for exciting clients across multiple projects in the UK and the Middle East, with property front and centre.”

In 2012, it developed the then world’s largest multi-touch interactive video wall for Accenture in the City of London, comprising 24×55in LCD displays, as part of a fully integrated and unique communications facility.
The Future of Property Marketing event includes four drop-in sessions – 8:30 – 10:00am // 11:00 – 12:30pm // 3:00 – 4:30pm // 5:00- 7:00pm – throughout the day, where drinks and canapes will be served.
