Engage Works, a creative technology agency, has announced Rory Sloan’s appointment as its new operations director. The company says it is a strategic addition to the board to drive its ambitious growth plans forward.
Rory Sloan brings an extensive background in operational leadership. With over 25 years of experience, he has held significant positions at companies delivering across global markets, including China and the US.
Most recently, he was the operations director at Avantgarde, where he oversaw production, purchasing, and internal processes. Sloan delivered live experiences for clients and streamlining production processes across various industry sectors, including automotive, luxury, technology, and fashion.
He said: “I am thrilled to join Engage Works at such an exciting time in the company’s journey. My goal is to leverage my experience to optimise our operational frameworks, support our dynamic team, and contribute to the innovative projects that Engage Works is renowned for.
