Clair Global opens sustainable HQ in Pennsylvania

US-based provider of event technology solutions has opened new headquarters in the town of Lititz, expanding its manufacturing capabilities and training facilities for audio technicians

Clair Global, which designs and deploys systems for live events and permanent installations worldwide, has opened its purpose-built global headquarters in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The facility is designed to centralise the company’s events, integration, and product divisions, while the previous site in Lititz has been converted into a factory for the Cohesion brand and other internal manufacturing needs.

Sustainability is a key feature of the new headquarters. The building integrates rooftop solar energy and a geothermal climate control system that offsets electricity use throughout the year. Electric vehicle charging points are also available for employees and visitors.

The Lititz HQ also supports Clair Global’s Road Staff in Training (RIT) programme, which trains audio technicians in the deployment of large-scale event sound systems, live production communications, and data services. The facility includes a full-scale grid capable of installing two arena-size PA systems simultaneously, as well as practical training spaces that allow up to three sessions to run concurrently.

Matt Clair, business operations, said: “Our new workflow in Lititz allows us to better adapt to the diverse solutions our teams deliver and the variety of markets we serve. The workforce can respond rapidly to urgent client needs more than ever before.”

Ron Sadd, operations manager, added: “With our building design, our resources are now centralised. Operationally, our staff can work more efficiently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge in real time, which is a powerful asset for our teams.”

Clair continued: “Pennsylvania is where our roots are. It was important for us to stay here, grow our footprint as part of the Rock Lititz Campus, and remain central to the industry community.”

The new headquarters also strengthens Clair Global’s internal manufacturing capabilities. “The facility allows us to better service our events and integration clients and to expand our product team,” said Clair. “Beyond the Cohesion brand, we’re now better placed to design, build, and supply equipment such as custom racks, cables, cases, and related hardware to our Clair affiliates worldwide.”
