Lightroom, the immersive art venue in London’s King’s Cross, is showing Prehistoric Planet: Discovering Dinosaurs until September 1, an immersive exhibition placing visitors face-to-face with dinosaurs including a T. rex, alongside scenes such as rivers of molten lava.
As usual, Lightroom will deploy 28 Panasonic laser projectors alongside two HOLOPLOT X1 Matrix Array units for spatial audio – the same model used at the Sphere in Las Vegas.
Lightroom has also joined the Great British Summer Savings scheme, with children’s tickets now benefiting from a reduced VAT rate of 5 per cent, down from 20 per cent, automatically applied at checkout. A year-round family offer also gives groups of three or more 15 per cent off.
