Custom Channels appoints senior director of partnerships

Custom Channels has appointed René Arnold as senior director of partnerships, reporting directly to CEO Joe Comer. Arnold will focus on driving channel sales growth and deepening the company’s integration into the commercial AV ecosystem.

Arnold joins Custom Channels from Rockbot, where she served as senior manager of the partner programme. Prior to Rockbot, she worked as an account manager at AVI Systems (now Fortè), and began her career in commercial AV at PTG (Promotion Technology Group).

The company says Arnold’s appointment reflects its strategic focus on channel partnerships as it experiences growth in demand for integrated, scalable music solutions. The role is designed to achieve deeper AV ecosystem alignment, scalable distribution and long-term channel enablement.
