Pixel Global AV has entered into a partnership with Cyviz to enhance its managed services offering through the Cyviz Software Platform. The platform forms a core component of the newly launched Pixel Global Care service, which is designed to enable proactive monitoring and management across audiovisual and workplace technology environments.
By integrating Cyviz software intelligence with Pixel Global AV managed services, the unified platform is designed to give enterprise clients centralised operational visibility, remote diagnostics and automated alerts. The system is designed to identify performance degradation and resolve potential system health issues before end-users are affected, shifting support from a reactive model to predictive management.
