Sony partners with Telelogos to grow integration capabilities

Leveraging capabilities of Android SoC integrated into its BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays, Telelogos offers functionalities for content and application management

Expanding on its ecosystem of integrations with CMS (content management system) providers, Sony Professional Displays & Solutions has partnered with Telelogos, the European software publisher responsible for solutions dedicated to mobility, digital signage, and workspace management.

Telelogos’ digital signage solution, Media4display, facilitates content management for displays across various sectors, including retail, corporate, and education environments.

Leveraging the capabilities of the Android SoC (system on chip) integrated into BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays, Telelogos offers functionalities for content and application management, ensuring security and enabling remote control of the displays. Alongside this, Telelogos provides hardware device management, CLYD, which allows for remote device management. This software solution can monitor the hardware of the displays and permits the user to control features, such as the on or off, and adjusting audio volume.

With the introduction of the newly integrated digital signage package, businesses seeking to deploy BRAVIA displays will now have access to this platform.

“We are delighted to welcome Telelogos to our catalogue of important partnerships. We are confident that collaboratively, we can cater to a broader customer base and provide top-tier professional display solutions,” said Thorsten Prsybyl, senior B2B partnership manager, Sony Professional Displays and Solutions.

Telelogos’ software solution will be available for Sony customers on its BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays. “Working with Sony was a highly anticipated integration,” said Martin Lynch, head of pre-sales activities, Telelogos. “We are both committed to delivering the best services to our customers, and Sony has embraced the use of SoC technology wholeheartedly. As Sony is a major player in the SoC digital signage display market, this partnership was extremely important to us and is a logical progression.”
