PureLink, a German manufacturer of professional presentation and AV connectivity solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Quantum Sphere, a market leader in the distribution of audio visual products in Australia.
Quantum Sphere, which was founded in 1998, distributes tier-one branded audio-visual equipment to approved system integrators, resellers, installers, commercial clients and retailers.
Ron Guggenheim, chief growth officer at PureLink, said: “We are thrilled to have partnered with Quantum Sphere to access the Australian market. This region is a remote territory with a significant time zone gap, making it essential to have a partner with deep knowledge and extensive pro AV competence.”
He added: “Quantum Sphere possesses these capabilities and a profound understanding of what it takes to represent a vendor of advanced solutions for complex system integration. We are excited to embark on this journey together and are committed to supporting the market with German-grade quality of service.”
The initial contact between PureLink and Quantum Sphere was made at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in Barcelona. At the time, Quantum Sphere was seeking a provider of connectivity solutions, as they already offered both source devices and display mounts, but had not yet connected them together.
PureLink was also looking for a partner who could act as its representative, especially given the long distance and time zone issues between Europe and Australia. The ideal partner needed to be largely self-sufficient, with in-house pre-sales and technical support capabilities, warehousing and the ability to add real value.
Quantum Sphere says it also has a cultural similarity with PureLink: Both companies are small, owner-managed businesses with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
