Loxit has announced the availability of its new ‘easy to install’ Pop-it video wall mounting system.
Loxit, who designs and manufactures mounting, security and management solutions for AV and IT integration, designed Pop-it for use on screens from 42” to 65”.
The solution, so says the firm, makes it easy to install, maintain and use video walls of any size or configuration thanks to its ‘pop’ in and pop out functionality.
Suitable for use with all brands and VESA patterns, Pop-it easily adapts to different screens and situations, extending up to 280mm away from the back wall to enable easy access whilst remaining slimline – just 80mm deep (front to back).
John Whittle, director at Loxit, said: “Loxit has over two decades of experience producing AV mounts and it made sense to have a video wall product to complement our other solutions. As with everything we do, Pop-it is engineered to an incredibly high standard, it is built for longevity and it is a budget-friendly product.”
Installation can be carried out by just a single person – within the mount, there is a central fixing point, this marker allows the installer to take a level, mark and drill all the other fixing points, making it a one-person task. Fine tuning is just as easy with ‘eight-point-perfect-fit’ controls as standard, giving installers tight control of screen positioning and minimising panel gaps and other fit issues in seconds, even in multi-screen or recessed wall situations.
Installers will also benefit from templates for quick and easy installation, saving time onsite and reducing costs.
Should users experience any issues with their video wall, or when it comes to maintenance or cleaning time, the screen will release at a push, giving engineers access to the rear of the wall.
