Sony has announced its second generation of BRAVIA 4K professional LCD displays. The three new models, which have HTML5 capability, are targeted at corporate environments, meeting rooms, retail and medical applications.
The new ultra-slim models comprise the FWD-55X8600P (55in), FWD-65X8600P (65in) and FWD-85X9600P (85in). They can all upscale Full HD content into 4K content, to optimise picture quality in any situation.
Installation is simplified by the use of standard mountings along with straightforward operation and controls. Hotel Mode enables preferred settings to be customised, stored and copied from display to display via USB memory.
Compatible with 4K 60p content, each display features USB playback (including 4K video files), IP control, RS-232C control (with optional accessory CBX-H11/1) and HTML5 for easy digital signage creation.

The three displays will be available this month.
