The Digital Signage Summit (DSS) returns for its 20th edition this week, bringing together senior leaders, technology providers and end users from the global digital signage and DooH industry for two days of strategic discussion and networking, on May 20 and 21 at the Hilton Munich Airport.

The summit’s programme covers nine themes including AI, sustainability, cybersecurity and retail media. New for 2026, an exclusive workshop strand will address topics including AI’s impact on product engineering roles, digital signage compliance, and next-generation retail signage concepts. Attendance at workshops will be limited to encourage deeper discussion.

Headline sponsors include Dynascan as diamond sponsor, alongside iiyama, Samsung, Sharp and Sony as gold sponsors, with 22 additional sponsors spanning hardware, software, analytics and retail media.
The invidis Yearbook 2026 will be launched at the summit alongside the invidis Strategy Awards, which recognise organisations shaping the direction of digital signage through strategic execution.
Networking events include a kick-off evening at Sportalm on May 20 from 7pm, a beer garden event at Airbräu on May 21 from 6pm, and a Women’s Breakfast on May 22 at 8am.
