InfoComm 2014: Coda Audio makes InfoComm debut

German loudspeaker manufacturer Coda Audio is well established in the European and Asian markets but as yet relatively unknown in America; the company is making its first appearance at InfoComm this week.

Coda designs and manufacture of every component of its systems at its European facility.

Booth C12319 and demo room MR – N105 at InfoComm 2014 will see Coda show a comprehensive range of products that deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions for professional sound reinforcement applications, from fixed installations and portable solutions to touring rigs.

Products on show will range from the compact D- and G300 Series, for a wide range of distributed systems where high quality, short-throw sound is required; G500 ranges for medium-sized venues; G700 for large theatres, clubs, houses of worship and concert venues; the ultra compact CoRAY, recently introduced TiRAY, and the compact ViRAY line array system featuring Coda’s patented DDP driver technology; along with associated SC2F sensor-controlled bass extension, and its large scale AIRLINE LA12 line array, as well as SCPF subs.

Also on show will be the compact OMNIO5 omnidirectional system, which delivers coherent 360º omnidirectional coverage without hot spots. All these systems are powered by Coda’s brand new LINUS systems, which precisely manage and distribute audio to loudspeaker systems. The LINUS family includes the powerful LINUS10 amplifier with integrated DSP and the system controller LINUS Con, which delivers highest performance on a future proof control platform for all Coda Audio products.

“Coda systems combine state-of-the-art propriety driver technology and creative designs that produce something very special,” says Coda’s international sales director, Paul Ward. “Our systems are the result of collaboration with some of the most well-known and respected audio engineers in the business. This means they deliver on sound quality, flexibility and reliability, and have rigging systems that are fast, safe and very easy to use.

“This perfect combination of technical innovation, excellence and real-world experience has produced systems of such high quality and flexibility that they can be used for any application, from the smallest to the largest.”
