InfoComm Asia 2026 attracted 6,638 professional attendees from 77 countries and regions to Bangkok’s Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, with organisers reporting strong participation from enterprise buyers and decision-makers across the professional AV sector.
The three-day exhibition, held from July 15-17, connected exhibitors with representatives from around 3,800 organisations spanning enterprise, government, education, healthcare and systems integration. According to the organisers, 44.2 per cent of attendees travelled from outside Thailand, while more than half of titled visitors held manager-level positions or above.
Artificial intelligence was the dominant technology theme across the show, with exhibitors showcasing AI-enabled collaboration platforms, conferencing systems, LED displays, workplace automation and immersive technologies. More than 20 global and Asia-Pacific product launches took place during the event, with manufacturers including Audio-Technica, Bose Professional, Colorlight, Lumens, Newline, Shure, Yamaha and Yealink introducing new solutions.
The show’s Invited Guest Programme brought together more than 60 senior technology buyers from 12 countries, representing approved procurement budgets totalling almost US$73m for projects expected to be delivered over the next 12 to 18 months. Organisers said the programme generated 700 scheduled business meetings between buyers and exhibitors.
Alongside the exhibition, the InfoComm Asia Summit featured 37 conference sessions presented by 60 international speakers, attracting 1,664 attendees. Topics included artificial intelligence, workplace transformation, education technology, broadcast and immersive experiences, while the show’s new Smart Workplace Experience demonstrated AI-enabled meeting rooms, digital signage, unified communications and workplace automation in a simulated office environment.
David Labuskes, CEO at AVIXA, said: “Bangkok has been an extraordinary partner to this community, and bringing InfoComm Asia to Kuala Lumpur in 2027 is a declaration of our continued commitment to this region, extending our reach to even more of Asia Pacific’s pro AV community. This industry is architecting the future of Asian enterprise, and we couldn’t be prouder to keep building it alongside this community.”
InfoComm Asia will relocate to the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur for its 2027 edition, which is scheduled to take place from July 28-30.
