Epson has launched the EB-L270F, a Full HD laser projector designed for education and business environments, delivering 5,200 lumens of brightness and image sizes of up to 310in.
Designed for classrooms, lecture theatres and meeting rooms, the EB-L270F combines native 1080p resolution with laser illumination and flexible installation options. The projector can be mounted on the ceiling, wall, floor or a lighting track, allowing organisations to adapt it to different room layouts.
The projector supports HDMI connectivity, local content playback via a memory card, optional wireless connectivity and Miracast through Epson’s ELPAP11 adaptor. It is also compatible with Epson Creative Projection, Epson Projector Content Manager, Epson iProjection and Epson Projector Management software for content creation, management and device control.
Brendan Hoare, Epson Europe, said: “Education spaces are changing, and display technology needs to support more collaborative, flexible and engaging ways of teaching. The EB-L270F gives schools the ability to create bright, large-scale Full HD displays that every student can see clearly, while offering the reliability, low maintenance and installation flexibility that education environments need.”
Epson said the EB-L270F is intended to support organisations transitioning from lamp-based projectors ahead of changes to RoHS regulations in February 2027, when mercury lamp projectors are due to leave the market.
