Electro-Voice has introduced EVIVA, a new family of portable powered loudspeakers – self-contained speakers with built-in amplifiers – designed to give emerging DJs, musicians, houses of worship and small venues an affordable entry point into the brand’s professional ecosystem.
The range comprises the EVIVA 12P and EVIVA 15P two-way models and the EVIVA 18SP subwoofer, combining simplified operation with Electro-Voice’s established acoustic engineering. Both tops use a custom neodymium HF compression driver and the company’s SST (Signal Synchronised Transducers) technology; coverage is rated at 90° × 60°. Maximum SPL is 125 dB for the 12P and 126 dB for the 15P, while the 18SP delivers 132 dB down to 38 Hz.
All models feature 1000 W amplification, two-channel analog input, mode switching (MUSIC / LIVE), and dedicated high-pass/low-pass options for easy system matching. The 12P and 15P add Bluetooth audio streaming and an XLR mix output, while the sub offers XLR through outputs for flexible routing. Lightweight enclosures, multiple handles and a modernised Electro-Voice industrial design support fast, single-person setup.
EVIVA is compatible with existing EV accessories, including wall brackets, M20 poles and transport bags.
