D-Tools has announced D-Tools Cloud Release #100, delivering 66 improvements across payments, sales reporting, inventory and project drawings — the largest set of new capabilities since the platform launched in 2018.
The release introduces Accelerated ACH Deposits, a next-day funding option within D-Tools Payments that reduces settlement time from four business days to one once a client’s ACH payment is verified, carrying a processing fee of 0.8 percent. Invoicing has also been sharpened, with paid invoices now showing clients their own payment-method details, redesigned invoice summaries across digital and PDF formats, and a new filter showing which invoices have been pushed to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Sales reporting sees its largest set of upgrades in the release, including a new default “Total” revenue view in the Sales Results module that combines project, service contract, subscription and service call revenue without double-counting, alongside new date-range presets and a drill-down Details view.
Hybrid Inventory allows integrators to mix Units tracking (individual asset records) and Pools tracking (quantity only) at the individual product level, building on the Inventory Asset Management system launched earlier this year. A new Product Tracking Mode can be switched per product or in bulk, with a change-guard dialog preventing mode switches while stock is allocated, checked out or reserved.
The Interconnect Diagrams module also gains a customisable cover page, a Title Block Manager for centralising title blocks account-wide, and the ability to create multiple distinct wired connections between the same two devices.
G Paul Hess, CEO of D-Tools, said: “This release ships more meaningful new functionality than at any other point in our history. It’s a clear marker of our commitment to elevate D-Tools Cloud from a set of point tools into the one platform that supports every part of running an integration business.”
D-Tools has also launched a public status page at status.d-tools.cloud, giving customers real-time visibility into system health, uptime history and incident logs, with notification options via email, SMS, Slack or Microsoft Teams.
