Ultimate Visual Solutions (UVS), a UK video wall specialist based in Burnley, has appointed Matthew Orton as IT/AV technician in response to growing demand for its Lucidity video wall controllers.
The company reported that combined sales of Lucidity software and controllers have increased by 63 per cent since October 2023.
Orton will work primarily in the build room on controller builds, managing stock and providing first-line support for clients. He joins UVS from ADI, Preston, which supplies Premier League clubs with LED video wall and control systems.
Steve Murphy, managing director at UVS, said: “This expansion has come as a result of the increase in sale of our Lucidity controller technology, both domestically and internationally. Matthew has very good experience in designing and building PCs and servers to suit specific application requirements.”
Lucidity was first launched in early 2019. The Lucidity Inside display range features Lucidity Lite installed as standard, providing features to display up to 12 data sources simultaneously.
