UVS deploys video wall controller at new Adder centre

Burnley-based control room specialist Ultimate Visual Solutions (UVS) has installed Lucidity video wall controller at connectivity manufacturer's new Customer Experience Centre at Cambridge HQ, in UK

Control room video wall specialists Ultimate Visual Solutions (UVS) has installed its Lucidity video wall controller and software at the heart of a new Customer Experience Centre (CXC) for connectivity solutions manufacturer Adder Technology.

The purpose-built CXC, at Adder’s global headquarters in Cambridge, UK, provides a dedicated environment where customers can evaluate solutions, verify compatibility and align stakeholders through working sessions. The facility is designed to support both in-person and remote participation and is open year-round.

The centre features a UVS Lucidity WBC70-W3 video wall controller, capable of displaying multiple high-resolution 4K@60Hz sources on the CXC video wall alongside IP video streams, web page data and message box information. The system is managed via the Lucidity control software or the Lucidity touch panel, which allows fast launching of video wall layouts.

Steve Murphy, managing director of UVS, said: “The CXC has been developed in collaboration with leading technology partners such as UVS to reflect the multi-vendor environments customers operate in today.”

He added: “During a recent joint UVS/Adder live demonstration to an overseas client via Teams, the client remarked at the end that they had never had such a remarkable, detailed and visually stunning remote demonstration of technologies.”

Lucidity video wall controllers and software are used in control room environments including police forces, government facilities, high security prisons and fire and rescue command centres. UVS, based at the Business First Burnley Business Centre.
