PPDS has named Jonas Fjeld as country sales manager for Philips Professional Displays in Norway, citing the market’s growing demand for AV solutions across corporate, education, and entertainment sectors.
Fjeld brings more than 10 years of AV/IT experience and joins from a background spanning manufacturers and distributors across the channel. Based in Oslo, he will report to Roeland Scholten, PPDS sales director for Benelux and Nordics, and will focus on expanding distributor partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and driving market share growth across key verticals including retail, hospitality, transportation, and control rooms.
His appointment comes as PPDS reports an upward trajectory in Norway and the wider Nordics region, with sales of Philips digital signage, ePaper, interactive displays, and dvLED exceeding expectations.
