IDK Europe appoints customer support engineer for EMEA

Simon Creutz, who has used the company's technologies in previous roles, will help existing and future clients with their installations and future projects

IDK Europe has appointed Simon Creutz as its customer support engineer for EMEA region. IDK is a Japanese manufacturer of multi-switchers, extenders, splitters, and AVoIP systems headquartered in Kanagawa, Japan.

Petteri Partinen, senior business development manager IDK Europe, said: “Getting Simon onboard is important step for us. Simon already has an extensive knowledge from IDK’s products from the past, so he can really help us to raise our product support to the next level.

“I’m more than happy to welcome him as part of the IDK Europe Team”.
