Aurora Multimedia has appointed Daniel Adams as director of technical services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, expanding its regional engineering support and training operations across the territory.
Adams brings more than 15 years of pro AV industry experience to the position, holding Dante Level 3 certification alongside a background in enterprise hardware integration and smart building technologies. He joins the manufacturer from distributor and technical services provider Visualization, where he previously served as technology director.
In his new role, Adams will oversee technical services across EMEA, collaborating with distributors, systems integrators and consultants. His responsibilities encompass managing regional technical support, delivering product training programmes, providing pre-sales system design guidance and assisting with complex site commissioning across the company’s portfolio.
The appointment comes as the US manufacturer expands its international hardware footprint across AVoIP processing, IP-based control systems and digital video distribution platforms tailored for corporate, education, government and hospitality deployments.
