Christie will debut a number of new products at this year’s ISE, including the upgraded G Series DLP Projector which is now equipped with a six-segment colour wheel for what the company describes as the widest possible colour range and more natural, vibrant images. Also making a first appearance will be the 1-chip DLP Q Series. The range offers brightness options ranging from 8,500 to 10,000 lumens and XGA, WXGA and WUXGA resolutions.
ISE will see the introduction of the Christie Entero HB Front Access DLP LED-based Display Wall Cube, as part of the company’s control room display room technology. The cubes enable seamless high performance rear projection video wall displays with minimal installation and maintenance space required. The displays are available in a platform that allows cubes to be positioned against a rear wall, removing the need for maintenance space behind. The first front-access mode, the Entero HB 70in HD, will be joined by other front-access models including 50in and 70in SXGA+ and 72in WUXGA.
Elsewhere, the latest addition to the company’s line of professional LCD flat panel displays with ultra-narrow bezels and bonded Corning Gorilla Glass will be presented. The QuadHD84 is a 64Hz, 84in LCD panel which features Quad HD resolution (3840 x 2160). Christie is also promising further additions to the flat panel portfolio, but these are being kept under wraps until the show.
Other products on display will be Christie’s presentation and remote collaboration tool, the Christie Brio. Brio allows up to five simultaneous video and audio presentations on meeting room displays. In addition; the company will showcase its new True 4K solutions, which incorporates Christie True 4K cinema projectors, as well as Vive Audio – an audio solution that combines ribbon driver technology with a line array speaker design and Class D amplification.
Finally, Christie will also be hosting the special ISE edition of the WAVE (Women in AV) meeting on its stand at 4pm on Tuesday 4th February: Hall 1, Stand H50.
