MSolutions to debut secure control device

Ultra-compact MS-RSE-G, which connects legacy serial devices to IP networks, makes its North American debut at InfoComm 2026 this week

MSolutions, an Israel-based supplier of AV cabling, collaboration, extension and test devices, will showcase the North American debut of its MS-RSE-G secure control device at InfoComm 2026 this week, exhibiting on the booth of US distributor Stirling Communications at C7685.

Now shipping, the MS-RSE-G is an ultra-compact device – measuring just 60x37x23mm – designed to bridge RS-232 serial devices onto IP networks, enabling centralised monitoring and control of legacy equipment including extenders and motorised shades across enterprise, education and commercial AV environments. It supports triple-interface connectivity via RS-232, USB-A and IP, with secure encrypted SSH over IP connections.

Originally developed to help enterprises manage meeting room technology across large facilities, the device has since found additional application in commercial and residential shading systems – an unexpected market that emerged after integrators began deploying it for motorised shade platforms reliant on RS-232 control.

Eliran Toren, CEO of MSolutions, said: “Now integrators can place those systems onto the IP network for centralised management and visibility while maintaining reliable serial control. It opened a completely new market opportunity that we hadn’t originally envisioned.”

MSolutions has confirmed a hardware revision planned for the second half of 2026 will add PoE capability, allowing the unit to draw power directly from the network. The company also recently secured a deployment involving approximately 600 rooms for a large corporate enterprise customer.

InfoComm 2026 runs June 17-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
