Early-bird registration has opened for frame:work:london, the fourth edition of the annual conference for the community of visual creators working across artistry and technology in the experience economy. The event, now in its second year in London, will run from Thursday, November 5 to Sunday, November 8 at 180 Studios.
Laura Frank, executive director of frame:work, said the conference brings together what she calls “pixel makers” – media server programmers, screens producers, content designers and systems engineers working behind live events, installations and virtual production – to share practice and discuss how the work gets done.
The programme opens with offsite workshops on November 5, followed by two days of sessions across Creative, Tech and Production tracks on November 6-7, and a brunch and member meet-up on November 8. Confirmed speakers so far include Zoltan Batho, Jenny Beatty, Pod Bluman, Sarah Cox, Tupac Martir, Pablo Molina and Rich Porter, with further names to be announced across the event’s 30-plus sessions.
Super early-bird tickets are priced at £115 for professionals and £25 for students, plus VAT, for non-members. The event is capped at around 280 attendees and has sold out in previous years. Executive Producer sponsors include ACT, disguise, Megapixel, Pixera, Ross Video and Seismiq.
