MultiTouch and Ventuz will combine ground-breaking technologies to deliver visually-stimulating interactive user experiences. MultiTouch, a leading supplier of modular multi-touch LCD screens for large-scale displays, has announced a partnership with Ventuz Technology to create interactive display solutions on MultiTouch’s MultiTaction platform. Ventuz’s 3D real-time graphics content creation, authoring and playout control software is designed for high-end use in any area of audiovisual content production. Ventuz’s customers include a large number of top-tier clients, such as Microsoft, Porsche and Adidas. The partnership with MultiTouch will allow Ventuz to combine its leading-edge authoring applications with MultiTouch’s MultiTaction series of LCD displays. The move will make interactive features such as IR pen and Enriched Reality support and deployable in scalable table or wall installations of any size. Whether applied to professional presentations, video wall setups, multitouch applications or broadcast graphics, the MultiTouch-Ventuz partnership aims to pair high-end design with robust stability and full functionality, even when integrated into complex hardware and software systems. MultiTouch and Ventuz will showcase their partnership at the upcoming InfoComm 2013 show at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando, Florida from 12 -14 June at MultiTouch booth #4781. The installation will include three MultiTaction Ultra-Thin Bezel 55-inch displays that will demonstrate Ventuz’s tools for creating 3D touch content. MultiTouch’s MultiTaction displays provide touch, gesture and object recognition capabilities with the ability to accommodate an unlimited number of simultaneous users. They also offer unlimited stackability, while MultiTouch’s Enriched Reality technology enables MultiTaction Cells to react to real-life objects placed on the screen. Ventuz will use these benefits to demonstrate the newest generation of their software suite Ventuz 4, which offers an enhanced video engine for outstanding performance, and will also introduce Ventuz Director which serves as a control tool for Ventuz content. www.multitaction.com
