Lightware has launched a new Taurus Room Solutions course as part of a series of updates to its Academy training platform. The online and in-person education platform offers on-demand videos and downloadable materials curated by the manufacturer’s training team.
Three certified training levels are available, with courses covering USB-C and digital AV, room automation and AV integration, and AVoIP.
The new Taurus Room Solutions course is designed to walk users through using Taurus UCX, TPX and TPN devices across 17 detailed video lessons. By the end of the course, students will have learnt how to design flexible, scalable AV systems using Taurus solutions for a wide range of room types.
The course includes quizzes and covers a variety of scenarios ranging from small huddle spaces to advanced UC-over-IP environments. Those who complete the course will receive a certificate.

In addition to the new Taurus Solutions course, Lightware’s Codec Integrations Level 1, 2 and 3 plus Taurus UCX Level 1 courses have been updated, featuring refreshed information on Event Manager, LARA Cisco and MTRoA integrations.
