Sound Tech announces new Harman deal

Both companies believe that the new arrangement will bring a number of important benefits for customers.

“We’re finding more and more customers expect to be able to source both audiovisual and IT solutions from one supplier,” said Reflex MD Roland Dreesden (pictured, right, with Complete I.T.’s Colin Blumenthal). “It’s hardly surprising as the efficient use of AV is becoming increasingly dependent on integration with the customer’s network and systems. The boundaries between the two technologies are becoming very blurred.”

Dreesden also highlighted Complete I.T.’s credentials as a Microsoft Gold-certified partner and Cisco-accredited retailer.

“The challenge we faced was finding such a company [that] was business-led rather than technology-led,” he said. “In Complete I.T. I believe we have found that partner and it means we can welcome the merging of the technologies and start to give customers the service they want straight away.”

Complete I.T.’s MD, Colin Blumenthal, added: “We have been looking for a quality AV partner for some time. There is often an AV element to projects we get involved in, such as technology refreshes and upgrades. Our agreement with Reflex means we can be confident to offer this as part of our portfolio.”
