Urben, a UK company designing modular meeting room and collaboration solutions, has announced plans to showcase a portfolio of enterprise collaboration solutions at ISE 2026, highlighting how integrated AV furniture, display systems and user-focused design can support hybrid working environments at scale.

At the show, Urben says it will demonstrate how physical meeting spaces and digital collaboration platforms can be aligned to deliver consistent user experiences across a range of room sizes and use cases, from agile work areas to executive meeting rooms.
Featured on the stand will be a selection of modular systems, including U-Stands paired with DTEN displays and Logitech Tap control, designed to support video collaboration and digital signage in shared spaces. Urben will also present its U-Cart HD solution with Logitech Board, a mobile system intended for organisations that need to convert multipurpose areas into meeting spaces quickly.
Also being shown is Urben Express, the company’s latest range, which combines acoustic panelling, sustainable materials and one-person self-assembly. The system is designed to enable faster deployment of standardised meeting room environments without specialist installation.
For smaller rooms and agile working areas, Urben will highlight the Z Line 43, alongside a dual 110in video wall solution aimed at high-impact communication and presentation spaces. Concept products, including portrait-format displays, acoustic wall systems and touch tables, will also be previewed.
Urben says its systems are pre-wired and configured offsite to simplify global rollout and maintain consistent quality across enterprise deployments. The platforms are designed to integrate with collaboration technologies from partners including Microsoft, Logitech, DTEN, Neat and Zoom.
Jonny Entwistle, sales and marketing director at Urben, said: “Our focus is on creating meeting environments that are consistent, flexible and easy to use, with technology that integrates seamlessly into the space rather than dominating it.”
Urben will be exhibiting at ISE 2026 in Hall 2, stand U900, where it will present its latest systems alongside its broader approach to enterprise collaboration and workplace design.
