Neat has introduced Neat Board 32, a 32in all-in-one touch device designed for focus rooms, huddle spaces and personal desks. The unit integrates video conferencing, digital whiteboarding and display capabilities in a single solution that the company says can be deployed in minutes.
The board features a 140-degree wide-angle camera and four wide-angle microphones, with intelligent framing and directional audio designed to enhance hybrid meetings by keeping remote participants engaged and minimising distractions.
Neat Board 32 also functions as a secondary monitor via USB-C, allowing users to access its built-in audio and video features from their laptops. The touchscreen supports low-latency, responsive input for interaction, and includes a digital whiteboard mode for in-room collaboration.
Mounting options include a standard table stand and optional wall and adjustable stands. A privacy cover is included.
Neat Pulse, the company’s cloud-based management platform, enables remote monitoring, updates and support across enterprise deployments. The board supports native video conferencing apps as well as BYOD and third-party software via Neat’s Open mode.
Tormod Ree, chief product and engineering officer at Neat, said: “As Neat’s customer base has grown, one thing they regularly ask for is a simple, powerful, and easy-to-manage solution for their small focus spaces and desks. We are extremely proud to unveil our answer: Neat Board 32. Neat Board 32 delivers the groundbreaking experiences Neat is known for, with audio and video features tailored for smaller spaces. It rounds out the Neat portfolio to support our customers in a full range of room sizes, all easily managed by Neat Pulse.”
The company said the product responds to increasing demand for video-enabled small spaces in hybrid office environments, where patchwork AV setups are often the norm.
Neat Board 32 is available for pre-order in Q4 2025 and will ship in Q2 2026. It is on display at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai at the Neat booth, Hall 9, A20.
