In the Residential category, the Best Project Award was presented to ClearSphere for the Surrey Family Home installation, which utilised Crestron touchpanels.
The fully integrated control system in this spacious Surrey home provides control of AV, heating and lighting throughout on a room-by-room or floorplan overview basis.
This is the second installation ClearSphere has undertaken for this family, having installed a Crestron system in its previous Fulham home.
With this in mind, Crestron was honoured for its part in the project winning the Star Product Award collected by Petra van Meeuwen and Matt Buck (pictured).

This was specifically for the TSW-1052 touchscreens used, which requires a single Cat6 with PoE is the only connection required; the screen clicks into a standard UK back-box using magnets built into the back.
The screen took full advantage of Crestron’s ‘Smart Graphics’ to create a user interface with unparalleled functionality.
Video feeds from the CCTV cameras and the Crestron Digital Media system are streamed to the touchscreen. The DM link means the clients can view and cue up TV channels and movies on the touchscreen before changing the TV channel.
