TD SYNNEX Maverick has been appointed as a distributor for the full range of SMART Technologies interactive solutions in the UK and Ireland.
The agreement, which takes effect immediately, makes SMART’s complete portfolio of classroom and meeting room solutions available through Maverick, including SMART Board interactive displays, Lumio and SMART Notebook learning software, iQ embedded computing and accessories.
SMART partners will also gain access to Maverick’s specialist collaboration and AV expertise, alongside TD SYNNEX’s stock holding, financial services and wider value-added offering.
Mark Glasspool, senior director, UK and Ireland at TD SYNNEX Maverick, described SMART as a “highly significant and strategic addition” to the company’s portfolio, adding that the agreement would strengthen Maverick’s growing presence in the education market.
He added: “We will be working closely with the SMART Technologies team to ensure that we meet the needs of their partners serving all levels of education, the wider public sector, and the business market.”
