TD SYNNEX has completed its acquisition of the AV, unified communications (UC) and gaming business divisions from fellow distributor Exclusive Networks Poland, a transaction that was finalised on December 31, 2025.
The AV/UC team is joining TD SYNNEX’s specialist Maverick division, whilst the gaming team will become part of the Peripherals business unit. The Maverick division will now distribute brands including ATEN, AudioCodes, Barco, Chief, DTEN, Ecler, Edbak, Jabra, Lenovo, LG, Logitech, Optoma, HP, Samsung, Sharp, Yealink and Zoom in Poland, in addition to its existing portfolio.
The business is relocating to a new office with a team of 30 in Krakow and is in the process of transferring operations and customers to TD SYNNEX.
