Huawei IdeaHub interactive displays are now being distributed by Intermark Sistemi in Italy. The all-in-one displays integrate audio-video capabilities, 4K resolution, and AI features designed to support hybrid collaboration.
The displays operate on both HarmonyOS and Windows systems and are designed to provide compatibility with unified communications and collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Office applications.
The IdeaHub series features several technical specifications intended to support remote and hybrid working. The system offers 16 milliseconds of writing latency, using a proprietary algorithm designed to anticipate pen movement for reduced lag compared to standard touch screens.
The displays include Acoustic Baffle AI technology, which is designed to filter noise and voices from outside the meeting area. This feature is intended to provide audio clarity in open-space environments.
An AI Director function utilises a dedicated Neural Processing Unit for face tracking and auto-framing. The company says this built-in NPU approach is designed to provide advantages over software-only solutions.
The system supports 4K wireless sharing at 60 frames per second, with touch-back control from the display. Users can switch between the native HarmonyOS interface and Windows environment whilst maintaining AI functionality.

The IdeaHub won the Red Dot Award 2020 for its design. The displays are designed for meeting rooms, executive offices, and open spaces.
