Lightware has announced an integration with SpectralBot that helps system integrators and AV operators troubleshoot faster using augmented reality, AI-assisted diagnostics and real-time support workflows. SpectralBot analyses AV data and device statuses to guide users through fault isolation, helping teams identify what has failed, where the issue is located and how to fix it.
The integration connects SpectralBot’s AV service and support platform with live operational data from Lightware devices, drawing on Lightware’s signal management, diagnostic telemetry and open API approach for remote control and analytics. Lightware’s Taurus family, along with Taurus TPN and Gemini GVN AVoIP solutions, are integrated into the SpectralBot platform.
Taurus TPN extends USB-C collaboration workflows into 10G SDVoE networks, supporting HDMI 2.0 4K@60 4:4:4 matrix switching over 10G Ethernet with an independent USB 2.0 matrix switching layer for peripherals, while Gemini GVN supports IP-based matrix switching over 1G Ethernet for scalable video distribution.
Within the SpectralBot platform, operators can access device indicators, port information and signal-path control to speed up diagnosis of issues such as signal loss, misconfigured routing or device faults. The integration also complements Lightware’s wider ecosystem of technology partnerships across meeting and enterprise AV environments, including Poly, Barco, Lenovo, Sennheiser and NETGEAR.
Craig McQueen, director of enterprise sales EMEA at Lightware, said: “By connecting Lightware’s telemetry and control capabilities with SpectralBot’s AR-guided workflows, we’re helping integrators move from reactive troubleshooting to faster, more confident decision-making even in highly distributed AV-over-IP environments.”
Claude Ostyn, managing director at SpectralBot, added: “Lightware has built some of the most reliable signal management hardware in the industry, and now that their device data flows directly into SpectralBot, teams get real-time insight they can act on immediately, not just watch. That is what instant troubleshooting should be like.”
