ROE Visual has secured a public tender to deliver the LED display technology for Croatia’s first virtual production studio, currently under construction at Antitalent, a production company in Zagreb.

Backed by the EU’s NextGenerationEU funding under Croatia’s digital transformation plan, the new facility aims to meet international standards for film and commercial production. The installation will feature 400 Ruby 2.6 LED panels and Megapixel’s Helios LED processing platform, enabling advanced in-camera VFX and direct-view applications.
ROE Visual says the system, set to open in November 2025, is designed for flexibility, supporting everything from feature films and series to hybrid commercial projects.
Olaf Sperwer, director of business development, virtual production & broadcast EMEA at ROE Visual, said: “ROE Visual will not only deliver our Ruby 2.6 panels but also provide setup and training support to ensure this studio sets a new benchmark in international production.”
Matko Burić, virtual production manager, Antitalent, said: “This facility will set new standards and enable fresh possibilities for filmmaking in Croatia.”
Founder Danijel Pek added that the VP studio is a stepping stone toward a larger studio complex planned for Zagreb County.
