Symetrix launches US integrator partner programme

The AV processing, control and monitoring manufacturer has introduced a growth-based rebate, project registration and a partner dashboard for US integrators

Symetrix, a manufacturer of AV signal processing, control and monitoring products, has launched a Partner Profitability Program for US integrators. Existing partner integrators are enrolled automatically, and the programme is live now. It makes current partner benefits easier to access and adds new incentives.

The central new incentive is the Growth Incentive Rebate, which measures partners against their own established baseline rather than a fixed sales threshold. Partners become eligible for rebates as their business with Symetrix grows. A Project Registration Program adds project-based rewards for registering qualifying opportunities, and gives Symetrix more visibility of upcoming projects. A digital Partner Dashboard, due in Q4 2026, will let US partners track rebate activity and progress towards incentives.

Partners also get prioritised technical support and access to Symetrix application engineering for system design, automation, networking and troubleshooting. Cloud monitoring and management capabilities are included, along with a five-year warranty. Symetrix Professional Services are available at partner rates, so integrators can build the company’s expertise into their own offerings on complex projects.

The programme is structured in tiers, with deeper benefits unlocking as a partnership grows, from foundational access to premium pricing, priority support and closer collaboration with Symetrix’s technical and commercial teams. Partners can also receive qualified leads and showcase their work through Symetrix’s partner spotlight channels. Existing partners can ask their local sales representative about the Cognio Margin Calculator.

Mark Graham, CEO of Symetrix, said: “Our partners are building businesses, not simply installing products. Symetrix has invested heavily in technology that helps integrators design and deploy better systems, but technology is only part of the equation. This program puts the same focus on the business side, giving our partners greater visibility into margin, meaningful incentives for growth, and access to the people and resources that can help them execute projects successfully.”

Graham added: “At the end of the day, we want to be easier and more valuable to do business with. That means helping our partners protect their time, their resources, and their margins. We want integrators to win more work, deliver it more efficiently, and make more money doing it.”
